Writer. Tennis player. Skier. Yogi. Survivor.

Helping people is my purpose in life. Clarity and action combine to produce desired results. While I’ve had clarity for quite some time, my level of action ebbed and flowed until I veered away from my epiphany in September 2016. The Universe intervened causing a delay in delivering on this purpose as it set me back on course. Then, I had to overcome medical challenges in addition to the usual everyday life ones. Equipped with even more life lessons including loving someone with an addiction and his recent tragic death, I want to share my experiences to inspire others who also know these pains, struggles, resistance, and obstacles who may need a little help to take the necessary leap of faith to achieve the freedom desired. I always say "life is messy" but having a champion behind you makes all the difference in the world.
